If an account appears to be shared, we will normally act in the following order: (1) send a reminder to the account; (2) if the sharing continues, require approval for new devices and sign the account out of all devices; (3) for serious or repeated sharing, suspend membership benefits or the account. Memberships, purchased content and other payments of an account suspended for sharing are not refundable.
We may restrict accounts that seriously or repeatedly violate these Terms.
3. Memberships and Digital Services

The price, access period, features, and other conditions applicable to a particular purchase will be shown on the relevant page at the time of purchase.

Before closing an inactive account, we will send a notice to the email address registered on the account. If the account is still not signed in to within 30 days after the notice is sent, it will be closed. We will send one further reminder about 7 days before that date. We send no more than two emails per account for this purpose.
To keep your account, simply sign in once before the date stated in the notice. No other action is required. We will never ask you to “verify” or “activate” your account through a link, or to send us your password.
Please keep the email address on your account valid. If a notice cannot be delivered, for example because the mailbox no longer exists or rejects our emails, the account will still be closed on the stated date.
Closing an account permanently deletes the account and its associated data, including any remaining balance, purchased content, download access, membership benefits, orders and posts. Closed accounts cannot be restored, and remaining balances, purchases and membership benefits are not refunded or transferred.
Accounts with an active VIP membership or an active subscription are not treated as inactive while that membership or subscription remains active.
14. Disclaimer
Jinricp.net is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis to the extent permitted by applicable law.
While we aim to provide a reliable service, we cannot guarantee that the website, every feature, or every third-party resource will always be available, error-free, or unchanged.
Nothing in these Terms excludes rights or protections that cannot legally be excluded.
15. Limitation of Liability
To the extent permitted by applicable law, Jinricp.net and its operator will not be responsible for indirect or consequential losses resulting from the use of, or inability to use, the website where such liability may legally be limited.
