NCSEI & Intimate Content Policy
Last Updated: September 9, 2026
Jinricp.net takes reports involving Non-Consensual Sexually Explicit Imagery (“NCSEI”) and other non-consensual intimate content seriously.
We do not knowingly permit content that constitutes NCSEI under applicable law or applicable service-provider policies.
If you are depicted in content available through Jinricp.net, represent a depicted individual, or otherwise have a legitimate reason to report potentially non-consensual intimate content, you may contact us using the procedure below.
1. What This Policy Covers
This policy applies to reports concerning material alleged to involve:
- non-consensual sexually explicit imagery (NCSEI);
- sexually explicit or intimate imagery allegedly distributed without the depicted individual’s consent; or
- related privacy or safety concerns involving intimate imagery.
Copyright or licensing disputes that do not involve an NCSEI allegation should generally be submitted through our Copyright & DMCA Policy.
Other content-related concerns may be submitted through our Report Abuse / Content Removal Request.
2. How to Submit a Report
To help us identify and review the reported material, please provide as much of the following information as reasonably possible:
- The exact Jinricp.net URL(s) where the reported material appears.
- Identification of the specific image, video, or other material at issue.
- For video content, the relevant timestamp or a description of the specific segment, where reasonably available.
- Identification of the depicted individual whose consent or privacy is alleged to be affected.
- A brief explanation of why you believe the identified material is non-consensual.
- Please state whether you are:
- the depicted individual;
- an authorized representative of the depicted individual; or
- another person reporting the material.
- Your name and email address so that we can contact you if additional information is needed.
You may also provide screenshots, source information, a statement from the affected individual, or other information that may help us understand the report.
Please do not send unnecessary sensitive personal information.
3. Identifying the Specific Content
Please identify the specific material at issue whenever reasonably possible.
A page may contain multiple images, videos, individuals, or segments, so a page URL alone may not always make clear which material is being reported.
For video content, providing a timestamp or description of the relevant segment can help us review the matter more quickly and accurately.
If we cannot reasonably identify or understand the reported material from the information provided, we may ask for clarification.
We understand that a legitimate reporter may not always have every item listed above, and reports will be considered based on the information reasonably available.
4. Reports From Representatives
A depicted individual may submit a report directly or through an authorized representative.
If you are acting on behalf of another person, please identify the person you represent and your relationship to them.
Where reasonably necessary, we may request information sufficient to confirm that a representative is authorized to act on behalf of the depicted individual.
This is intended to help us handle sensitive requests accurately and does not prevent us from reviewing urgent or serious concerns while additional information is being obtained.
5. How We Review Reports
We review sufficiently identified NCSEI and intimate-content reports in good faith.
Depending on the circumstances, we may consider:
- the specific material identified;
- the nature and context of the content;
- the depicted individual;
- the basis of the reported lack of consent;
- information provided by the reporter; and
- other information reasonably available to us.
Depending on the nature of the report, we may:
- request additional information;
- temporarily restrict access to specific material where appropriate;
- remove or restrict material where warranted;
- communicate with relevant parties or service providers; or
- take other reasonable action based on the circumstances.
Serious or urgent safety concerns may receive priority review.
6. Publicly Available Content
The fact that material previously appeared in a public livestream, broadcast, social-media account, website, or other publicly accessible source does not by itself determine whether later publication or distribution is authorized.
At the same time, previous public availability does not by itself establish that the material constitutes NCSEI.
An NCSEI report is evaluated based on the specific material involved and the information reasonably available concerning the allegation of non-consent.
7. NCSEI and Other Rights Disputes
NCSEI is a specific and serious category of complaint.
A copyright, licensing, trademark, contractual, or other rights dispute does not automatically constitute NCSEI simply because the material involves an adult performer, livestream, performance, or mature content.
Where a report primarily concerns copyright or another type of rights dispute, we may direct the matter to the appropriate reporting procedure.
For copyright matters, please see our Copyright & DMCA Policy.
For other concerns, please see our Report Abuse / Content Removal Request.
8. Reports Sent Through Service Providers
NCSEI complaints concerning Jinricp.net may sometimes be forwarded to us by hosting, CDN, or other service providers.
We will review such reports based on the information provided.
If additional information is reasonably necessary to identify the specific material or understand the allegation, we may request clarification from the reporter or relevant service provider.
The forwarding or classification of a complaint by a third-party service provider does not by itself constitute a final determination by Jinricp.net that the reported material is NCSEI.
9. Accurate Reporting
Please provide accurate information when submitting an NCSEI or intimate-content report.
Do not knowingly misidentify content, misrepresent your identity or relationship to a depicted individual, claim representative authority that you do not possess, or provide materially false or misleading information.
Nothing in this section is intended to discourage legitimate reports.
10. Privacy
NCSEI reports may involve sensitive information.
Please provide only information reasonably necessary for us to identify and review the reported material.
Information submitted in connection with a report will be handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy.
