NCSEI & Intimate Content Policy

Jinricp.net takes reports involving Non-Consensual Sexually Explicit Imagery (“NCSEI”) and other non-consensual intimate content seriously.

Jinricp.net does not knowingly permit content that constitutes NCSEI under applicable law or applicable service-provider policies.

Individuals depicted in reported material, their authorized representatives, and other persons with a legitimate basis for reporting such material may contact us using the procedure described below.

1. What This Policy Covers

This policy is intended for reports concerning material alleged to involve:

non-consensual sexually explicit imagery (NCSEI);
intimate or sexually explicit imagery allegedly distributed without the depicted individual’s consent;
other non-consensual intimate content; or
related privacy or safety concerns involving intimate imagery.

Copyright disputes that do not involve an NCSEI allegation should generally be submitted through our Copyright & DMCA Policy.

Other content-related complaints may be submitted through our Report Abuse / Content Removal Request.

2. How to Report NCSEI or Intimate Content

To help us identify and investigate reported material quickly and accurately, please provide as much of the following information as reasonably possible:

The exact URL(s) on Jinricp.net where the reported material appears.
Identification of the specific image, video, file, or other material at issue.
For video content, the relevant timestamp(s), segment, or other information identifying the specific portion at issue, where reasonably available.
Identification of the depicted individual whose consent, privacy, or safety is alleged to be affected.
A clear explanation of why the identified material is alleged to constitute NCSEI or other non-consensual intimate content.
Please state whether you are:

the depicted individual;
an authorized representative of the depicted individual; or
another person reporting the material.

If you are acting as a representative, please identify the person you represent and provide sufficient information to establish or reasonably verify your authority where appropriate.
Your name, email address, and sufficient contact information so that we can communicate with you regarding the report.

Where available and appropriate, you may also provide:

screenshots;
relevant timestamps;
source information;
a statement from the affected individual;
information concerning the alleged lack or withdrawal of consent;
documentation concerning representative authority; or
other information that may help substantiate or clarify the report.

Please do not submit unnecessary sensitive personal information.

3. Identifying the Specific Content at Issue

Accurate identification of the reported material is important to a fair and effective investigation.

A page URL alone may not always allow us to determine which particular image, video, individual, or segment is being challenged.

Where a page contains multiple images, videos, individuals, or other materials, reporters should identify the specific material at issue whenever reasonably possible.

For video content, providing a relevant timestamp or identifying the particular segment can substantially improve the accuracy and speed of our review.

If a report does not contain enough information for us to identify or meaningfully evaluate the alleged NCSEI, we may request clarification or additional information.

This requirement is intended to facilitate an accurate investigation and is not intended to prevent a depicted individual from reporting intimate content when some information is unavailable.

4. Depicted Individuals and Authorized Representatives

A depicted individual may submit a report directly.

We also recognize that affected individuals may use attorneys, agencies, organizations, representatives, or other authorized persons to submit reports on their behalf.

Where reasonably necessary to evaluate a complaint submitted by a representative, we may request information sufficient to establish or reasonably verify:

the identity of the affected individual;
the relationship between the reporter and that individual; and
the reporter’s authority to act on that individual’s behalf.

A request for reasonable verification should not be interpreted as rejection of the complaint.

Its purpose is to help distinguish legitimate representation from mistaken, unauthorized, or misleading claims and to ensure that sensitive reports are handled accurately.

Where immediate safety concerns are reasonably apparent, we may take appropriate interim action while verification or investigation continues.

5. Review of Reports

Upon receiving a report that sufficiently identifies the material at issue, Jinricp.net may review information including:

the specific content identified;
the nature and context of the material;
the specific image, video, or segment alleged to be intimate or sexually explicit;
the identity of the affected individual where relevant;
the reporter’s relationship to that individual;
the factual basis for the allegation of non-consent;
any information concerning consent or withdrawal of consent;
supporting information supplied with the report;
relevant reporting or resolution history; and
other information reasonably available to us.

Depending on the circumstances, we may:

acknowledge receipt of the report;
preserve relevant information;
request clarification or additional information;
temporarily restrict access to identified material;
remove or disable access to material where warranted;
communicate with relevant users, content providers, or affected parties;
communicate with hosting, CDN, or other service providers;
dispute an unsupported, mistaken, misclassified, or insufficiently identified allegation; or
take other action reasonably appropriate under the circumstances.

6. Urgent and High-Risk Reports

Reports involving an immediate safety concern, credible threats, potentially unlawful intimate content, or other serious circumstances may receive priority review.

Where the available information indicates that temporary restriction is reasonably appropriate while an investigation is pending, Jinricp.net may restrict access to the identified material before a final determination is reached.

Nothing in this policy requires Jinricp.net to delay reasonable protective action where the circumstances indicate that urgent action is appropriate.

7. Publicly Available or Previously Distributed Material

The fact that material previously appeared in a public livestream, broadcast, social-media account, website, performance, or other publicly accessible source does not, by itself, establish that subsequent reproduction or distribution is authorized or that a valid NCSEI claim cannot exist.

Likewise, previous public availability does not, by itself, establish that the material constitutes NCSEI.

The existence of a complaint also does not, by itself, establish that the reported material constitutes NCSEI.

Jinricp.net evaluates reports based on the specific material involved, the nature of the allegation, the information reasonably available, and other relevant circumstances.

8. Distinguishing NCSEI From Other Rights Disputes

NCSEI is a serious category of complaint and should be used for reports that genuinely concern alleged non-consensual sexually explicit or intimate imagery.

A copyright, licensing, ownership, trademark, contractual, or general content dispute does not automatically constitute an NCSEI matter merely because the underlying material involves an adult performer, livestream, performance, or other mature content.

Where a complaint appears to concern copyright or another type of rights dispute rather than NCSEI, Jinricp.net may request clarification or direct the matter to the appropriate reporting procedure.

9. Reports Submitted Through Third Parties

NCSEI complaints concerning Jinricp.net may sometimes be submitted through a CDN provider, hosting provider, registrar, search engine, or other intermediary.

Where such a complaint is forwarded to us, we may independently review the underlying allegation and respond to the relevant provider.

If a forwarded report does not sufficiently identify the specific allegedly offending material, affected individual, or factual basis of the allegation, we may request additional information or dispute the classification where appropriate.

Receipt or forwarding of a complaint by a third-party platform, CDN provider, hosting provider, registrar, reporting service, or other intermediary does not, by itself, constitute a determination by Jinricp.net that the reported material is NCSEI.

Whenever reasonably possible, reporters are also encouraged to send sufficiently detailed information directly to our contact address so that we can investigate the underlying material efficiently.

10. False, Misleading, or Misclassified Reports

We ask all reporters to provide accurate information and to characterize reported material truthfully.

Please do not knowingly:

identify material as NCSEI without a factual basis for that allegation;
materially mischaracterize the content being reported;
identify unrelated URLs, images, videos, or other material as part of an NCSEI complaint;
misrepresent your identity;
misrepresent your relationship to a depicted individual;
misrepresent your authority to act on another person’s behalf;
provide materially false or misleading supporting information; or
knowingly use the NCSEI reporting category for an unrelated type of dispute.

Jinricp.net may preserve reports, correspondence, reported URLs, supporting materials, and resolution history for legitimate compliance, security, dispute-resolution, fraud-prevention, and abuse-prevention purposes.

Where repeated, related, conflicting, or potentially abusive reporting patterns arise, relevant reporting history and supporting information may be provided to hosting providers, CDN providers, other service providers, legal advisers, or other appropriate parties for review.

Nothing in this section is intended to discourage, burden, or retaliate against legitimate NCSEI reports.

11. No Automatic Determination

Submission of an NCSEI complaint does not, by itself, establish that the reported material constitutes NCSEI.

Similarly, the forwarding, processing, or classification of a complaint by an intermediary does not necessarily constitute a final factual or legal determination concerning the material.

Jinricp.net reserves the right to:

investigate the underlying facts;
identify the particular material at issue;
request reasonable clarification or supporting information;
evaluate representative authority where appropriate;
dispute unsupported or mistaken classifications; and
take appropriate action based on the circumstances and information reasonably available.

Nothing in this section limits our ability to take immediate protective action where reasonably warranted.

12. Privacy of Reports

NCSEI reports may contain sensitive information.

We ask reporters to provide only information reasonably necessary for us to investigate the complaint.

Information contained in a report may be retained and processed in accordance with our Privacy Policy.

Where reasonably necessary to investigate or resolve a complaint, relevant information may be shared with appropriate hosting providers, CDN providers, service providers, affected parties, legal advisers, or other entities involved in the investigation or resolution.

We do not publish the identities of legitimate NCSEI reporters merely because they submitted a complaint.
