Report Abuse / Content Removal Request
Last Updated: September 1, 2026
Jinricp.net provides this reporting process for individuals, rights holders, authorized representatives, and other legitimate reporters who believe that specific content available through Jinricp.net violates their rights, applicable law, or our policies.
We take legitimate reports seriously and aim to review sufficiently identified complaints accurately and in good faith.
1. Types of Reports
Reports may include, but are not limited to:
- copyright infringement;
- non-consensual sexually explicit imagery (NCSEI);
- non-consensual intimate content;
- privacy violations;
- unauthorized disclosure of personal information;
- impersonation;
- trademark concerns;
- potentially unlawful content; or
- other serious abuse.
For copyright-specific complaints, please review our Copyright & DMCA Policy.
For NCSEI or non-consensual intimate-content complaints, please review our NCSEI & Intimate Content Policy.
2. Information to Include
To allow us to identify and investigate a report efficiently, please provide as much of the following information as reasonably applicable.
A. Reported Content
Provide the exact Jinricp.net URL(s) where the material appears.
Whenever reasonably possible, also identify the specific:
- image;
- video;
- filename;
- attachment;
- post;
- page section;
- search result;
- video timestamp;
- download or resource entry; or
- other material at issue.
Where a page contains multiple images, videos, files, individuals, or other materials, please identify the particular material that is the subject of your complaint.
B. Nature of the Complaint
Clearly identify the type of complaint, for example:
- Copyright / DMCA
- NCSEI / Intimate Content
- Privacy
- Personal Information
- Trademark
- Impersonation
- Other Abuse
Please briefly explain why you believe the identified material violates your rights, applicable law, or a Jinricp.net policy.
C. Reporter Information
Please provide:
- your full name;
- organization, if applicable;
- email address;
- your relationship to the affected individual or rights holder, where applicable; and
- sufficient contact information for us to communicate with you regarding the report.
If you are acting on behalf of another person or organization, please clearly identify the person or organization you represent and your relationship to that party.
Where reasonably necessary, we may request sufficient information to establish or verify representative authority.
D. Supporting Information
Where relevant and reasonably available, please provide supporting information such as:
- screenshots;
- relevant timestamps;
- original source information;
- copyright ownership information;
- information identifying the affected individual or rights holder;
- authorization to represent the affected individual or rights holder;
- relevant statements from an affected individual; or
- other information supporting or clarifying your claim.
Please do not submit unnecessary sensitive personal information.
3. Specific Identification of Reported Material
Accurate identification of reported material helps us investigate complaints efficiently and reduces the risk of mistakes.
A report identifying only:
- the Jinricp.net homepage;
- an entire website section;
- a category;
- a broad search-results page;
- a large group of unrelated URLs; or
- another general location
may not provide enough information to determine which specific material is being challenged.
Where reasonably possible, please identify the exact content at issue.
For video content, a relevant timestamp or description of the specific segment can substantially improve the accuracy and speed of our review.
If essential information is missing, we may request clarification or additional information before reaching a determination.
We recognize that a legitimate reporter may not always possess every item listed in this policy. Reports will be evaluated according to their particular circumstances and the information reasonably available.
4. Authorized Representatives
Affected individuals and rights holders may submit reports directly or, where appropriate, through authorized representatives.
If you are submitting a report on behalf of another person or organization, please identify:
- the affected individual or rights holder;
- your relationship to that party; and
- the basis on which you are authorized to act on their behalf.
Where reasonably necessary to evaluate the complaint, Jinricp.net may request additional information concerning representative authority.
A reasonable verification request should not be interpreted as rejection of the complaint. Its purpose is to help ensure that requests affecting content or third-party rights are handled accurately.
5. What Happens After a Report Is Submitted
Jinricp.net may review a report based on its nature, specificity, severity, supporting information, and other relevant circumstances.
Depending on the matter, we may:
- acknowledge receipt of the report;
- preserve relevant information;
- investigate the identified material;
- request clarification or additional information;
- temporarily restrict access where reasonably appropriate;
- remove or modify material where warranted;
- communicate with an affected user, content provider, rights holder, or other relevant party;
- communicate with hosting, CDN, or other service providers;
- dispute a claim that appears unsupported, mistaken, misclassified, or insufficiently identified; or
- take other action reasonably appropriate under the circumstances.
Serious safety matters may receive priority handling.
Submission of a report does not guarantee removal of content and does not, by itself, constitute a determination that a violation occurred.
6. Urgent Safety Reports
If a report involves an immediate or serious safety concern, please clearly identify the nature of the concern near the beginning of your message.
Reports involving potentially unlawful intimate content, credible threats, exploitation, or other serious safety circumstances may receive priority review.
Where appropriate, we may temporarily restrict access to specifically identified material while an investigation is pending.
7. Copyright Complaints
Copyright complaints are subject to additional requirements and should generally be submitted according to our Copyright & DMCA Policy.
A copyright complaint should identify the copyrighted work, the specific allegedly infringing material, the relevant Jinricp.net URL(s), the rights holder, and the reporter’s authority where applicable.
Please do not classify a conventional copyright or licensing dispute as NCSEI unless the complaint genuinely concerns alleged non-consensual sexually explicit or intimate imagery.
8. NCSEI and Intimate-Content Reports
Reports concerning non-consensual sexually explicit imagery or other non-consensual intimate content should follow our NCSEI & Intimate Content Policy.
Because these reports may involve particularly sensitive circumstances, reporters should identify the specific image, video, individual, or segment at issue whenever reasonably possible.
Jinricp.net may prioritize legitimate NCSEI reports and may take appropriate interim protective action where warranted.
9. Reports Submitted Through Third Parties
Complaints concerning Jinricp.net may sometimes be submitted through:
- hosting providers;
- CDN providers;
- domain or infrastructure providers;
- search engines;
- payment providers;
- reporting services; or
- other intermediaries.
Where a complaint is forwarded to us by an intermediary, Jinricp.net may independently investigate the underlying allegation and respond to the relevant provider.
If a forwarded complaint does not contain sufficient information to identify or meaningfully evaluate the material at issue, we may request additional information or dispute the allegation where appropriate.
Receipt, classification, or forwarding of a complaint by an intermediary does not, by itself, constitute a determination by Jinricp.net that the reported material violates applicable law, third-party rights, or our policies.
Whenever reasonably possible, reporters are also encouraged to send sufficiently detailed information directly to our contact address so that we can investigate the underlying matter efficiently.
10. Good-Faith and Accurate Reporting
We welcome legitimate reports and ask reporters to provide accurate information and act in good faith.
Please do not knowingly:
- submit materially false information;
- deliberately mischaracterize reported content;
- identify unrelated URLs or material as part of a complaint;
- misrepresent your identity;
- misrepresent your relationship to an affected individual or rights holder;
- claim representative authority that you do not possess;
- provide materially false or misleading supporting information;
- intentionally use an unrelated complaint category; or
- repeatedly submit substantially identical complaints while knowingly omitting information reasonably requested as necessary to investigate the claim.
Nothing in this section is intended to discourage legitimate complaints or prevent any person from contacting service providers, law enforcement, regulators, courts, or other appropriate authorities.
11. Complaint and Reporting History
Jinricp.net may preserve records relating to complaints and content-removal requests, including:
- report dates;
- reporter information;
- organizations represented;
- reported URLs;
- complaint categories;
- supporting information;
- correspondence;
- responses;
- actions taken; and
- resolution history.
These records may be maintained for legitimate compliance, security, dispute-resolution, fraud-prevention, and abuse-prevention purposes.
Where repeated, related, conflicting, or potentially abusive reporting patterns arise, relevant reporting history and supporting information may be provided to hosting providers, CDN providers, other service providers, legal advisers, or other appropriate parties for review.
The maintenance of reporting history does not mean that future reports from the same person or organization will automatically be rejected. Each report may be evaluated according to its particular facts and supporting information.
12. Privacy and Sensitive Information
Please submit only information reasonably necessary for us to investigate your complaint.
Do not send:
- passwords;
- financial credentials;
- unnecessary government identification documents;
- unrelated private communications; or
- other sensitive personal information that is not reasonably necessary to support the report.
If additional verification is reasonably necessary, we may request appropriate information separately.
Information submitted in connection with a report may be processed and retained in accordance with our Privacy Policy.
13. No Automatic Determination
A complaint is an allegation that requires appropriate review; its submission does not automatically establish that the allegation is correct.
Jinricp.net reserves the right to:
- investigate the underlying facts;
- identify the specific material at issue;
- request reasonable clarification;
- request relevant supporting information;
- evaluate representative authority where appropriate;
- distinguish between different types of complaints;
- dispute unsupported, mistaken, or misclassified allegations; and
- take appropriate action based on the information reasonably available.
Nothing in this section limits our ability to take immediate protective action where reasonably warranted by serious safety or legal concerns.
